Traveling in Mexico

Our great cooks (the Correa family) preparing Sunday lunch: grilled steak, rice, guacamole, tortillas, cactus casserole (I had never had this before, but it was really good - a little like broccoli), and cake. So delicious!!

A beautiful sunset in the mountains near Saltillo.

Eating quesadillas in Salamanca. Delicious!

A beautiful tree in Salamanca.

Visiting with Glenn and Helen Reiff in Salamanca.

Usually, Steve is not in the pictures, because he takes them. Marc took our group shot this time.

Heading into the mountains, just south of Ciudad Victoria.

Enjoyed all your pics. We met the Correa's when they visited here a few years ago. Shane has also stayed in their home when he visited Saltillo with Marc. We think highly of them.

Wow!! Just love the pictures! Great to see U. Glen and A. Helen! The food looks marvelous and I'm always jealous of the time you all get to spend together. :) I'm just too far away. Lord, will you please call me to Mexico? :)
