Mexican Food

This is the real deal. Beans, rice, picadillo and cortadillo. This is what Mexican food is really like. It's not Taco Bell. :-)



3 different kinds of quesadillas.




And my personal favorite, carne guisada. Love it!

Looks like foil is a main staple for the kitchen. We most likely have no idea what authentic Mexican food really tastes like. Until then we love our Abeulos (mexican restaurant):-)

Sounds great! That plate at the top looks yummy. Even though I like the Casa Brava here in town, the food you're talking about is among my favorites.

By the way, have you heard about the snows we've been getting in Bedford? Another 3 inches or so overnight and into this morning!

Laura - Carne guisada is diced beef in a tomato base, sort of like swiss steak.

Steve - Yes, I've heard about your weather. My Steve is really missing that snow!! :)
