Flight 93 Memorial

During our travels this summer, we were able to visit the site where Flight 93 crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania on September 11.

Approaching the memorial site.

Kent and Maria by one of the tributes.

I liked this one from Guatemala.

Steve at the site.

The field where the plane crashed.
It was so peaceful and beautiful there, it is hard to believe that terrorism could touch rural America.
